Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and never reach our servers. Purchases appear on your statement as HTTPS://WWW.ORVENIO.CO. If you don't recognise a charge, contact us first — we can look it up by the email used at checkout and resolve it faster than a chargeback.
Delivery
Every purchase is delivered by email as a download link, normally within a minute of payment. If it hasn't arrived after ten minutes, check your spam folder, then email us with the address you used at checkout and we'll resend it.
