Terms of service, privacy policy and our refund & delivery policy for Orvenio Fitness, operated by IEM GLOBAL LTD. Last updated 14 October 2026.

Terms of service

1. Who we are

Orvenio Fitness ("we", "us") is a trading name of IEM GLOBAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14515468, registered office AA House-1, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. Contact: info@raxaca.com, +90 543 151 81 17.

2. What we sell

We sell digital training programs and guides delivered as PDF files. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Each purchase is a one-time payment; nothing recurs.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through Stripe Checkout. A contract is formed when Stripe confirms your payment and we send the download link. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud or misuse, in which case any payment taken is refunded.

4. Licence

When you buy a program you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own training. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the files or their content, in whole or in part. All content remains the intellectual property of IEM GLOBAL LTD.

5. Updates

When an edition of a program is revised, we send the updated file to the email address used at checkout, free of charge. We may discontinue a title at any time; files you have already received remain yours to keep.

6. Health notice

Our programs are general fitness information, not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are returning from injury. You train at your own risk.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.

Privacy policy

What we collect

When you buy a program, Stripe collects the details needed to take payment — your email address, name, billing country and card details. We receive your email address, the product purchased and the payment reference. We do not receive or store card numbers.

Browsing the site does not require an account and we do not set tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address; the site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server logs.

Why we use it

We use your email address to deliver your purchase, send edition updates for programs you own, and respond to support requests. We use purchase records to meet accounting and tax obligations and to handle refunds and disputes. We do not send marketing email without your consent and we do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing — see Stripe's privacy policy), Netlify (hosting), and our email provider for delivering download links. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Retention

Purchase records are kept for six years to satisfy UK accounting requirements. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Email info@raxaca.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Refunds & delivery

Delivery

Programs are digital files. After payment, a download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout, normally within one minute. If nothing arrives within ten minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us and we will resend it. There is no physical shipment and no delivery charge.

Refunds

Because the files are digital, they cannot be "returned". Even so, if a program isn't what you expected, email info@raxaca.com within 14 days of purchase from the email address used at checkout, and we will refund the full amount to the original payment method. Refunds are issued through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We may decline repeated refund requests from the same customer, or requests that follow unauthorised distribution of the files.

Problems with a charge

If you don't recognise a charge from HTTPS://WWW.ORVENIO.CO, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — we can identify the purchase from your email address and resolve it the same day.
